Terms and Conditions for 2021 Studio Tour

I agree to have my work at the Mountain Artists Guild (MAG) for the duration of the Prescott Area Artists Studio Tour and to remove unsold work from MAG according to the time line listed above.

My membership in Mountain Artists Guild must be current with dues paid.

I also agree to be present during the hours of the Tour and to provide demonstrations during the Studio Tour.
I agree to have an Arizona Department of Revenue sales tax number, a Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) or have applied for one and will be responsible for the Arizona state and City of Prescott sales tax on all my sales. Refer to  https://www.mountainartistsguild.org/resources for more information on payment of State and City taxes. A Transaction Privilege Tax is available at http://www.azdor.gov/  You will file your own tax forms with payment of sales tax.

I will provide MAG with three (3) high resolution jpeg format images of work to be used in ad-card postcard no later than May 1^st. New images must be submitted to Roxee Piekenbrock, roxzart@gmail.com. The images must be of original art  which will be available for sale during the Studio Tour. I authorize MAG to publish photographs of my work in order to promote MAG and the Studio Tour. Your name and art image  may be listed on the card if space is available.

I agree to personally promote my show with any means at my disposal to ensure a successful event for all, including sending the provided card image to my personal email addressees and handing out the ad card to the public.

I also agree to contribute at least three (3) hours of volunteer work to help with the Tour such as distribution of studio tour brochures to routes assigned to the Guild, preparing refreshments for the tour,  coordinating the raffle, setting up and removing signs, balloons, distributing fliers/postcards, setting up and putting away tables and props etc. A sign-up list will be provided.

I will contribute an item for the raffle basket by September 16^th.

I agree that I am responsible for all my credit card sales.

I understand that all work and displays, etc. remains my property. I understand that the Guild will use all reasonable care in securing the building and items but will assume no liability for loss or damage. I hereby release both the Guild and Gallery staff, Studio Tour coordinator, volunteers, and directors from any responsibility, personal liability, or claims for loss or damage arising from my participation in Prescott Area Artists Studio Tour at the Guild. I understand and accept the above terms.
